Who is BUILD designed for?
Experienced Indian professionals in product, software, data, AI, design, business analysis, consulting and related functions. Approximately 2–10 years is a typical profile, not an eligibility cutoff.
Is this only for Product Managers?
No. Your work should reflect your role. Engineers, analysts, designers and other professionals can develop a relevant case study or portfolio asset without pretending to be a PM.
Is the program open for enrollment?
Not yet. This page collects qualified early-access applications. Pricing, cohort dates, session timings and the final offer will be shared when confirmed.
What is the planned learning format?
Five weeks of live online learning with practical assignments, AI-assisted execution, communication practice and structured guidance on selected work. Weekly time commitments and detailed delivery arrangements are still being finalized.
Will there be personal coaching or Council sessions?
No unlimited coaching or one-to-one sessions are promised. Selected Council guest contributions may be included only after individual participation is confirmed.
What will I build?
The planned outputs include a career clarity map, targeted résumé, clearer LinkedIn positioning, a role-relevant case study, an AI career toolkit, interview preparation and a career action tracker. You will develop these through your own work; they are not finished-for-you services.
Is BUILD the same as the UAE Career Accelerator workspace?

Does this guarantee a role or a salary increase?
No. The program supports preparation and professional growth. Jobs, interviews, compensation, visas and career outcomes depend on your experience, effort and market conditions.
