Buildwise collects the details needed to reserve workshop seats, operate career workspaces and respond to program enquiries.

Buildwise Global workspace

When you sign in, we use your platform account ID, name and email to keep your workspace associated with your account. We store the career profile, readiness answers, resume files and versions, target companies, job-search records and assignments you choose to save. Salary fields are optional; avoid identity numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Your workspace records and uploaded resumes are private to your account. Submitted assignments and feedback are visible to the Buildwise owner for review; drafts are not shown in the review dashboard. The owner can manage enrolment access and see account details. Hosting infrastructure processes this data to operate the service.

We record operational actions such as assessment completion and resume-version creation with your account ID and timestamp. These event records do not include resume text, private notes or profile answers. Resume review currently uses structured text checks, not a connected generative AI provider. External community, meeting and resource services have their own privacy practices.

Workshop registrations

For workshop registration, we store your name, email, registration reference and status to reserve a free seat and share joining details. Earlier paid registrations also retain their payment reference and verification status for recordkeeping. We do not collect card details, payment passwords or bank balances. A secure receipt cookie lets you check your own registration in the same browser. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing. Confirmation emails are not automated; the confirmed platform and joining instructions will be shared before the event. WhatsApp participation is optional.

What we collect for early access

Your name, email, current role and primary goal; optionally your phone number, company or college, city or country, interests, referral source and additional context. We also record your update-consent choice, signup page, campaign parameters, unique lead ID and submission dates.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in your responses. We do not request your home address, date of birth, government IDs, financial details, passwords or health information.

BUILD Career Accelerator applications

We collect your name, email, current role, location and career priority to review and respond to early-access applications. Professional experience, target role, LinkedIn profile and current challenges are optional. Application processing consent is required; marketing updates require a separate optional choice. Applications are stored privately with program source, campaign attribution and submission dates. Applying does not confirm enrollment or initiate payment. No application confirmation email is automated.

Program early access

UAE Career Accelerator enquiry forms collect your name, email, role, location and goal; phone, target role and additional context are optional. We record the program, signup page, campaign parameters, timestamps and your update preference. These customer leads are stored separately from Council applications. Repeated entries for the same email and program retain the original details and consent; contact us to make changes. Program updates are sent only if you opt in.

How we use it

We use these details for waitlist management, understanding user needs, improving Buildwise products, and planning learning and mentorship opportunities. Workshop announcements, resources, community updates and early-access communications are sent only where you have opted in. Joining does not require subscribing.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in the site's persistent database, processed by our hosting providers, and available only to authorized administration. Lead records are not published on the website. We do not sell your information.

Repeat submissions using the same email retain the original signup date and fill missing profile details. They do not change an existing communication preference. Contact us to change that preference or correct existing details.

Browser preferences and usage data

Your theme choice is stored on your device. Session storage temporarily holds the page and campaign source for your signup. No advertising trackers are added by this form. Hosting services may process technical request information to operate and protect the site.

Buildwise Council applications and guidance

Council applications are reviewed privately. With your separate public-profile consent, an accepted application can become a draft profile; an administrator must review and publish it. Public fields include your photo, professional identity and location, experience, journey, achievements, expertise, skills, industries, career paths, career stages you support, guidance topics, contribution types, career lesson, “Talk to me if…” answer, philosophy, outside-work interests and professional links.

Email, phone, detailed matching answers, project ideas, availability, interaction preferences, languages, motivation, referrals, consent records and admin notes stay private. Profile pictures are stored securely and served publicly only for enabled, published profiles. Buildwise uses private responses to assess applications and coordinate relevant opportunities with your required matching consent. Marketing updates use a separate, optional consent. There is no automated AI matching or guaranteed acceptance or booking.

Guidance requests collect your name, email, career stage, goal, question and preferred interaction. They are visible to Buildwise administration for reviewing and coordinating guidance, not published on member profiles. Application and guidance records are kept in the website’s persistent database; uploaded photographs are kept in object storage. No acceptance, booking or confirmation emails are sent automatically.

The initial Council application collects your name, email, LinkedIn, role, organisation, expertise and contribution preferences, with an optional bio and photo. Further professional profile details may be completed during review. Older applications may contain the additional fields described above. Previously saved browser drafts expire after 30 days. Contact us to correct application details, withdraw consent, unpublish a profile or request deletion.

Your choices

You can join without opting into updates, withdraw consent, request a correction, request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it. We retain details while needed for the purposes above, subject to applicable retention obligations.
